WHAT TO BRING

What to prepare (Please bring: permission form, surgery consent form (if applicable), toiletries, and slippers)
1.Bring your own toiletries
2.On the day of operation, your spouse and/or legal guardian must be present

If there are any complications during pre-op (blood test, urine exam, chest exam, EKG) you will be notified, otherwise, you will proceed as planned

Only one companion can stay during a patient's hospitalization;
Others are allowed during the visiting hours(wear visitor pass)
Wards are off limits for children aged 12
